How it works

NSE-CS, NSE Communication Server, is an integrated solution consisting of a PBX-IP and a central contact-management system.

The contact management system is designed to facilitate the use of contact information on a company level. Users dial a call simply by clicking on a contact.

Administration and use of the applications hosted on the server is easy and directly accessible using a web browser.

NSE-CS can be connected to traditional analogue and digital providers, to an existing exchange or to a VoIP provider.

Once in place, technical solutions facilitate the mobility of employees within and outside of the office. IP phones can remotely connect to the NSE-CS and users can log in to any telephone on the system to receive their calls.
