Choosing a provider

Traditional providers give companies a series of telephone numbers and a certain number of lines to link them to the exchange. Billing is based on fixed line rental costs and variable communications rates based on call destination.

VoIP providers do not provide physical lines. Billing is only based on reduced communication rates. Any existing telephones numbers must be migrated to the new provider.

Choosing a VoIP provider is useful whenever the bandwidth of the Internet connection permits it. This is generally the case in Wallonian industrial zones where fiber-optic lines are present.

VoIP providers use a pre-paid system. The system administrator receives an email notification when the credits fall below a specified amount.
